How long does each therapy session take?
Our first two sessions will be assessments and getting to know one another. For your first appointment, I will usually spend an hour and a half. Our third session will be treatment planning, where we make goals for therapy. You will be very involved in this and will get a copy of your treatment plan to be ensure you meet landmarks. Usual sessions last an hour.
Do you use Freudian or Jungian analysis techniques?
All therapy includes some work from the masters! But, I am much more focused on meeting treatment goals and incorporating here and now work.
Is there parking? How do I get there?
My office is located at:

When you arrive, please enter on the Quimby side of the building through the parking lot. Go to the elevator, by the office side and buzz 00305 at the elevator. That will allow me to buzz you in. Take the elevator to the third floor and go to 305. For parking, you should be able to find free street parking on Quimby, 18th or Raleigh. If all else fails (construction can be obnoxious), you can park in the Wells Fargo lot for an hour or so.
